Carol Livingstone owner and operator of BAY AREA GOURMET, has developed many recipes over the past 30 years in the grocery and restaurant industry. Since 1981 , a line of refrigerated sauces developed and marketed by Carol was available in major grocery chains throughout western Canada and western US.After selling the manufacturing company in 1990, she developed a restaurant. Her full service catering business has grown to include many government and corporate clients throughout Vancouver. She has worked with many government and marketing agencies at both federal and provincial levels and provides the majority of the catering services required by the municipal government in which BAY AREA GOURMET operates.
